How do I receive the files after purchase?
After payment confirmation via email, you receive a download link within 24 hours. Larger packs (Studio/Ultimate) include a Google Drive folder with all assets.
Can I use these entities in a commercial game?
Yes — Creator Pack and above include commercial licenses. The Starter Pack is non-commercial. Check the license tier for your use case.
What formats are the files in?
JSON (structured data, 32 fields per entity), PDF (human-readable lore documents), SQLite (Studio+), and plain text. All packs include at minimum JSON + PDF.
Can I request specific entities?
Yes. Use the Pricing Engine or contact us. Custom entity selections are available for Creator+ tiers. We can curate entities by plane, magic type, category, or rarity.
What is an "exclusive" license?
An exclusive license means the entity is removed from the marketplace and only you can use it for the specified period (1 year, 3 years, or permanent). Contact us for pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. However, if there are quality issues, we will replace or supplement at no charge. Contact us within 7 days.
Is there a payment plan for Studio / Ultimate?
Yes, we can arrange 2–3 payment installments for packs above $499. Contact us before purchasing to arrange this.
